Tuition Fee Payment Schedule
Tuition fees may be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year or in three instalments. Please note that tuition fees do not cover the cost of uniforms, lunches, or educational trips. Additionally, some extracurricular activities provided by external vendors may incur additional charges.

Advanced Placement (AP) Exam Fees – Academic Year 2025–2026
In accordance with ADEK regulations, Horizon Private School – American Branch has outlined the following fee structure for AP (Advanced Placement) courses:
- AED 550 – Registration Fee per AP course
- AED 160 – Late Registration / Drop Fee per AP course
Please note:
- The registration fee is applicable for each AP course your child is enrolled in.
- A late fee or drop fee will be charged if the registration is delayed or the course is withdrawn after the deadline.

Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of 500 AED is required upon enrolment. This fee will be deducted from the total tuition fees, in compliance with ADEK regulations.
Uniform Fee:
Pre-KG to Grade 6: AED 700
Grade 7 to Grade 12: AED 1,000
Transportation Fees
To ensure safe and reliable transportation for our students, Horizon Private School offers a comprehensive bus service available to all grade levels. The annual fee for this service is AED 5,000, divided into three instalments, with each instalment due one month prior to the start of the respective term. This fee structure applies uniformly across all grades, from Pre-KG through Grade 12.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with ADEK regulations. Tuition fee refunds are subject to specific timelines and conditions, with deductions applicable based on the duration of a pupil’s enrolment. Registration fees are generally non-refundable nor Transferable, to any other child or academic year. For further details, parents are advised to refer to the ADEK guidelines.
