How to Apply

The admissions process at Horizon Private School - Branch is designed to ensure that all students who join the school are happy, successful, and secure. We accept all children whose individual needs, we believe, will be catered for and who will thrive in the nurturing environment we offer in this Abu Dhabi-based American Curriculum (Common Core State Standards) international school. Making a submission for a place is very straightforward: Simply download and complete the Application Form as outlined below and return it to the school.

Welcome to our Online Portal. Click on ONLINE APPLICATION FORM button to view our registration form and then follow the steps below.

Step1 Application

  1. Fill the Application Form or visit the reception area at the school.
  2. Complete the Application Form
  3. Submit your Application Form in person, or scan and send it by email with the required documents (See below) to: rward@hpsbranch.com

Step 2 Receiving Reply from School

You will be informed of the date for interviews (Pre KG-KG1-KG2) or entrance exams in English, Math, and Arabic (Grades 1–12).

Based on the student’s results in the interview/entrance exams, the previous school’s report card, and our staff’s observations, the appropriate decision will be made.

If the student is accepted, parents will be informed within three working days and will be required to visit the school to finalize the registration or to complete it online.

Documents needed for registration:

  • 6 passport photos of the applicant.
  • A copy of the student’s and the guardian’s Emirates ID.
  • A copy of the UAE family book for Emirati students only.
  • A copy of the student’s vaccination record.
  • A copy each of the student’s and the guardian’s passports.
  • A copy each of the student’s and the guardian’s residency visas (for non-UAE nationals).
  • A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
  • A copy of water and electricity bills showing the student’s exact address.
